Susan was a delight. She is always so helpful when i come in. She basically runs the place! She has an answer to every question, an amazing sense of urgency, and QUALITY customer service. Susan is the reason I continue to do business with this agency! Anytime I have a question about a policy change, insurance questions, or I’m getting a new vehicle I never stress. I just call Susan and I know it’ll be handled quickly and correctly. Her amazing service alone is worth it. This agency has your best interest at heart and Susan makes sure of it.
